I got a call from Banker Ah. And made appointment to come in and discuss things … he insisted I call him only to come see him… when i came in he was conveniently not there!!!!! I don’t believe I will be doing business at this branch again…the girl that told me he was not around said she was going to help .., well she had me so rushed I didn’t feel good about that….now I’m going to cancel what we did

Not satisfied again today with customer service in Riverbank comparison to other branches. Mostly lazy employees and very unprofessional, chit chat all the time golly.. They make me waited 10 minutes lates for my appointment time twice. Poor management for this branch never going back there.

Sharon told me to wait outside which i had no problem doing, someone left the bank and i went to walk inside and she stopped me again and told me that the line hadnt moved so i could come inside, just for 15 seconds later her telling me i could come inside, then as im walking by she is laughing at me, beyond rude and I cannot believe anyone who would be so disrespectful to clients especially during this time...lmao especially since now she has someone waiting in the door way where I tried to originally wait when the line was full...what is the difference. SHARON or what ever your old box dyed blond hair name is, treat everyone the same or you shouldnt be working in customer service

The ATM is malfunctioning, AND the customer service people are incredibly rude and NOT helpful at all...
1. Last night, I put a small stack of cash into the ATM to deposit it. I did nothing wrong, the cash was perfectly flat and even, but the ATM grabbed it and pulled it in too fast, so it folded over the bill on top, which was a $50 bill. I heard it happen. Then it showed a photo of the $50 bill folded over. And said it would be returned. After the transaction was completed, the ATM said it could not be returned.
2. I phoned customer service right away. The guy wanted to know exactly how many of each denomination of currency I had deposited. I told him that I know it was three 50s and some 20s and ones, but I don't know how many 20s and ones, and I know it was the 50 that got jammed in the machine. He said everything was fine and he would report it, but he just kept asking me how many of each currency. He asked over and over. Then he said it would be TEN business days to get the money back into my account! And just wanted to hang up on me.
3. So today, I printed out the itemized receipt from the email (which SHOWS how many 20s and ones) and the email saying there was a problem and I would be refunded, and took the print outs to the same Wells Fargo, sat at a customer service desk, and told the woman what happened. She looked at me like I had completely lost my mind.
First she said that they have absolutely nothing to do with the ATMs. They cannot just take the money out and see if my folded 50 is in there. So I said, "Wouldn't you see the folded 50 when you take the money out?" She said they don't take the money out.
Then I asked, "Don't you put money into them when they're low and take money out of them when they have too much?" She said that they do service them, but if they malfunction then they have to be repaired. Nothing she said made sense, and she did contradict herself. I was very calm and polite during the whole thing. She was not.
So I left, and now I will wait TEN business days to get my $50 back.
