  Avoid to go to the ATM and bank in this location there’s always a lot of homeless people around waiting for people to get money out so they can ask for money and one of them was begging me to give him money I said no and he tried to hold the door of my car open and even when I got inside my car he tried to open the door is so scary and not safe at all.

  Este banco se ve bien tanto por dentro como por fuera. Esta ubicado en un buen lugar y hay mucho estacionamiento alrededor. Sin embargo, este lugar tiene sus desventajas. Para empezar, no abre, en los Sabados. La otra desventaja es cuando hay largas filas. Simplemente parece que el lugar tiene poco personal. Hay cajeros automaticos tanto dentro como fuera del lugar, sin embargo, hay quienes necesitan ir a un cajero. Lo extrano de las filas es que, si se trata de otro tipo de tienda (como un supermercado), un cajero tiende a abrir lo antes posible. ¿Es realmente tan dificil contratar suficiente personal para un banco? This banks looks good both inside as well as outside. It's located in a nice place as well as there's plenty of parking around the area. There are downsides to this place though. For starters, it doesn't open on Saturdays. The other downside are when the long lines happen. It just seems as if the place is understaff. There are atms both inside as well as outside the place however, there are those that need to go to a bank teller. What's weird about lines is that if its another type of store (such as a supermarket), a cashier tends to open as soon as possible. Is it really that hard to hire enough personnel for a bank?

  Si pudiera dar 0 se las doy muy mal servicio llegue y tarde más de una hora sentada y no se dignaron a atenderme las asistentes prefieren estar sentadas platicando con los de ventanilla. La verdad tienen pésima atención a los clientes.

  Worst branch ever waste of time both the person helping and the manager no good customer service at all . Never banking there again very rude waste of time . Been with wellsfargo for over 20 years . Worst service ever .
