    🟩This location *** BEWARE ** THEY CLOSE BEFORE THE CLOSING HOUR. Also DURING COVID, this location after 1 year still kept people waiting outside.. they would bring in one by one... Rain or wind this place kept customers still waiting.. BLAME IS TO THE MANAGEMENT!!! Note** after a year of covid, the other location opened to customers... this place still kept everyone outside.

    Oh my, I have never met anyone with worse customer service. I have been with wells for so long and this was my first and last time going into this branch. They have a teller, her name is Alyssa. She is obviously unhappy with her life. She needs a husband or a major change in her life. Lady, you are a teller, and with that attitude, you will probably forever be a teller.

    Way below Zero. This bank purposely blows air in the ATM out instead of in. The last time I tried to deposit I tried to put my money in and the insert cash area blew it out ( I know they don't care all they do is laugh at us). The one in nice Fontana Down Sierra going South nicer neighborhood Opposite. Guessing they want to protect certain people from getting robed and can care less about us poor. Had to go and get my money from the Floor. They talk to you so nice while applying for new accounts, while getting loans but once your in they make you wait in line for so long and of course only the Merchant deposit business merchant cash deposit lines are always treated good no lines there. Really dislike this bank and location. Tried to close my last account due to no need to have fees so I closed them now I have a Negative $5.07 while I was asking them to close my account they kept telling me I had to do it in person so I tried and tried to keep a bank account now Im at Negative because of the Montlhy fee and they keep insisting to close the account at a Branch. SAD
