- AKAdam KonkolSep 15, 20251.0It’s about time this branch had more tellers. I get it, business comes first and you want to save money. But when you hold dozens of people in line with no movement for 30 mins, I have to say something. Today I came in, and I had 3 people in front of me leave, I’m still 8th in line. 2nd person in line said he was here for an hour. It’s 10am people. This is just sad. There’s 2 tellers assisting patrons and another 1 not assisting anybody but getting help from a manager. The manager then comes to line asking everybody why they are here; respectfully, nobody besides the teller assisting me needs to know why I’m here. I miss the old management here before this place remodeled. The only saving grace is the tellers are kind people and helpful. Final note, please increase the limit of apple pay withdrawals on ATMs so I don’t have to wait in this line. $300 withdrawal limit using apple pay (not having the physical card) is a joke. It’s 2025, the world is more digital friendly.
