- AOAndrey OrlovJun 9, 20161.0Worst customer service EVER. Here is my story... I lost my bank card and immediately came to this branch in person in order to cancel my lost card and get a new one. I clearly communicated to the teller that I lost my card, that it needs to be canceled and that I need a new card... I also deposited a check. The teller told me that everything was taking care off and that I am going to receive my new card in the mail within next 4 business days. Close to two weeks go by and I still don't have my card. I check my online transaction history and it shows that the teller never canceled my card that was lost and someone has been illegally using it for the past week, pretty much spending ALL the money in my account. WOW! Just WOW! Now I have to deal with their fraud department and hope those hundreds of dollars are returned to me.
