- NBNino B.Sep 13, 20252.0I liked the previous location. It had plenty of parking and was more convenient to access. Ironically, I had to park at the Bank of America down the street. I suppose moving it closer to the walkable downtown area was for the nearby residents in the apartments/condos. I like security of accessing the ATM inside using a bank card, but there was a pan handler sitting on a bench just in front of the doorway begging for money.

Nora, my banker for today, was able to answer several questions of mine. Not only that, she was able to provide detail for all of my follow-up questions; she even researched the only question she wasn't totally sure about, to ensure she gave me the correct answer to that question as well. The way in which she provided both customer service and professional consultation was excellent, and this was the best experience I have had working with a banker for personal banking, ever -- and that's saying something, because I have only had varying levels of good experiences at Wells Fargo when working with both tellers and bankers.
