She has no sense of urgency and bad decision making. She is hurting customers by her behavior. What a shame.

Jose a local banker was cordial and efficient and helped me take care of transferring funds and providing some direction regarding CD accounts. I was very pleased with the bank. It’s Wellsfargo, but’s it felt like a smaller personable bank. Thank you.
- ARAlma RamosJul 10, 20171.0Total disappointment, I usually go to my closer branch on menlo park I'm a costumer for many years, last Saturday I happen to be running errands in Redwood city so I decided to go into the Woodside branch. As I use to be treated with courtesy for my surprise I was attended by this very rough unprofessional lady last name Flores who act all suspicious of me as I was trying to deposit a check into a account the I share with my son who is autistic and minor so I'm the primary account holder she question me and make me feel very uncomfortable, and she ask me to go to another cashier who likely was very nice professional, respectively and kind and make my transaction very simple and easy . I can believe they have that kind of people working on a public place, she doesn't belong there and should be Fire right away.
