    This WF has been a disappointment on more than one occasion. They have posted hours. I even googled and called to see if staff was there to help us and the people on the phone said yes. So we showed up and their staff wasn’t available cause they were at lunch and could be busy for an hour or more. Why not post that bankers won’t be available during lunch. Instead was gaslighted into believing that the bank would be able to help us. We had both taken the day off work to come in to close a joint account. We tried as they said to make an appointment on line about a week ago and were unable. I also asked the person on the phone at the bank if they were able to help me make an appointment and her system would not “let her”. It honestly didn’t even seem like she tried. She then without having heard what I said told me “just close the account through the website.” Which can’t be don’t. All in all. It seems like the blind leading the blind. The service line at the bank moved very slowly. One person every seven minutes or so and there was multiple other staff members walking around seemingly on duty. One. Two. Three strikes your out. When talking to the lady at the desk, she seemed to be genuinely struggling to find the words to say the truth of the matter. Which was that there was a banker aval, but they were going to be going to lunch in 30 minutes, so they didn’t want to help us until after their hour lunch. I did try to ask if it was okay that we too went to lunch and came back in an hour and she then informed me, if we left we wouldn’t be helped when we came back, so we had to sit and wait for them to come back. Do yourself a favor and try to find a branch that at the very least is friendly and informative. I saw a lady sitting in a cubicle and after waiting for several minutes while she was sitting there, not on the computer, and was applying make up. I decided to approach her for help since no one was calling our name. She did help us resolve the matter, although visibly annoyed when I did come in with one final question as the wording on the form was different than. what she told me, so I was seeking clarification before I left for the day.
