- RRRussell ReichardOct 9, 20191.0Edward Jones is an excellant firm and very well respected in the community. Havig said that, I strongly suggest a different office than the one on Esplande. I recieved a call from my recently deceased father's agent telling me of my inhereted IRA account dad had left me and if I had 45 min to an hour we could deal with it. Not enjoying long phone calls I asked if it could be done locally. "No problem at all, just have them call me for the information at this number." The woman at the Esplanade office was of a very different attitude. When asked if she would assist me with the ira she proceded to spend the next 5 min explaining why she couldn't (wouldn't) help me. Offered no suggestions or assistance what so ever. First impressions being of such import, do not let yours be "I do not wish to help you." Like I said, a different office is my suggestion.
