I have observed how people leave annoyed and those of us who have stayed in line have served us quickly. Another case Monday Nov 14, 2022 9 am, I was first in line and an official came out and told us that they were late and it could take half an hour, several people left. totally false when they opened I was served in less than 5 minutes. Don't be intimidated by these lousy employees!!
