They take a $3 fee they never tell you about every time you use an ATM that they are not linked with, and when you call customer service, you get a person in the Philippines that you cannot understand. I would fire the banker who signed me up and I would NEVER use wellsfargo.......

When I had a very complicated estate/ trust matter to deal with, a banker worked with me for 90 minutes and handled it like a pro. This is my bank of choice in the area.

The Branch Manager has really bad attitude, I have visited this branch 2 times and asked for help, they are not helpful, specially the management level, the other team and staff not well trained, they have to constantly asked the branch manager for different quesiotns and she was very harsh and unprofessional.
