Question when is the pink slip being released and how long does it take to get to me. Avoid this credit as their are other credit unions or your better off using their banking online, so you don't have to deal with their inexperienced staff.

- JPjennifer PJun 28, 20251.0Costumer service has gone way down. Anytime I call to find out the balance of my auto loan they have such a bad attitude. I don’t know why they can’t make it easy to see your balance in the payment portal and also why it’s such a hassle for them to tell me what the balance is. Loan is almost paid off and I will not be using them again for any thing else. Quite sad cuz I used to really like Altura and recommend them to a lot of people. You really need to retrain your associates the lack of compassion and courtesy is losing you BUSINESS!!!!!
