- BSBill StevensDec 9, 20254.0There is a lot of wasted space on the inside, however, the employees are very polite and knowledgeable. We have been here several times and they have been able to help us with all our questions and needed services. Sometimes hard to get into and our of the parking area, as McDonald's sits across the small parking lot and uses most of the parking spaces. Still, it can be a quick in and out of bank for our needs.

There were 7 people ahead of me but within 10 to 15 min I was at the counter. There was another gentleman on the floor assisting random clients... that was good to see. Once again Maria Gicela stood out and made my day. She put my worries at ease. Btw, this was on my day off and lucky for me! 10.30.2025 about 11am ish. Thumbs up guys!!!
- WEWinnie ElliottSep 18, 20251.0Wednesday 9/18 @ 2:15pm walked into this branch and was told no one could help us because we didn't have an appointment and there was only one banker that was "out to lunch" and booked the rest of the day. She attempted to show my husband how to look up other locations nearby through the app. I asked, no one else can help?. She said, no. Is there a manager? She proudly says "I'm the Branch Manager". I said, you can't help?. No because she only had one teller and 2 customers in the whole Branch. Its really sad. She really was not willing to accommodate us in any way. Basically she was saying, we dont want your business. P.S. Does Wells Fargo allow management to wear Jeans?? Very unprofessional.
