  Bank & parking lot were empty. Plenty of parking available, no line to wait in. Customer service was great.

  Maria Gicela was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Above all very understanding to my issue and explained all my options in detail. There were 7 people ahead of me but within 10 to 15 min I was at the counter. There was another gentleman on the floor assisting random clients... that was good to see. Once again Maria Gicela stood out and made my day. She put my worries at ease. Btw, this was on my day off and lucky for me! 10.30.2025 about 11am ish. Thumbs up guys!!!

  Wednesday 9/18 @ 2:15pm walked into this branch and was told no one could help us because we didn't have an appointment and there was only one banker that was "out to lunch" and booked the rest of the day. She attempted to show my husband how to look up other locations nearby through the app. I asked, no one else can help?. She said, no. Is there a manager? She proudly says "I'm the Branch Manager". I said, you can't help?. No because she only had one teller and 2 customers in the whole Branch. Its really sad. She really was not willing to accommodate us in any way. Basically she was saying, we dont want your business. P.S. Does Wells Fargo allow management to wear Jeans?? Very unprofessional.

  Arrived on a Tuesday evening around 3:45. They only had 1 teller at the line and 2 employees doing other functions behind the teller. When I arrived the people in front of me were already frustrated from waiting, 1 of them made a complaint to management and left. I don't blame the employees but instead the branch manager and company. 1. Greeting clients and making them aware of wait times can go a LONG way. Management has not properly trained staff to be aware of this. 2. As clients, we don't understand why at least 1 of the staff behind the teller doesn't open up another line. Rather than ignore and avoid making eye contact from behind the security partition, communicate, we thank you for your wait. This can also be an issue of low morale in the branch but what could be the cause is another thing. Last, teller provided ok service but it seemed like he lost a Rock, Paper, Scissors game and had to be the teller. He barely smiled and looked overwhelmed
