They are currently holding my money without any valid explanation, even after they specifically told me there was nothing wrong with my account. I’ve asked multiple times for a clear reason why my account is blocked and why my funds are being held, but all they say is, “You have to wait 30-60 days.” That’s it. No real explanation. No transparency. I have done absolutely nothing wrong, yet they’ve made it impossible for me to access my own money. I have important medical bills and personal expenses to take care of, and Citi Bank is standing in the way of that, without justification. Their customer service is rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I’ve been met with indifference every time I’ve called. No one seems to care or provide any real help. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise not opening an account with Citi Bank. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic human decency is shocking. If you’re thinking about banking with them don’t.

Definitely, this place is conveniently located in Rancho Cucamonga. I have used their services for nine years, and so far, I do not have any problems with this branch of bank.
