- SSS StraussJan 7, 20221.0I’ve been a customer for over 20 years but will be closing my account tomorrow. I received a notification that customer information was compromised and I should monitor my account. The next day I received a notification stating that their monthly fees were doubling. Later that week I received a letter in the mail (dated 1 week prior) that the fraud department was trying to contact me (although I never received a call) and that they froze my account. I’m so done with this bank. Not sure how they manage to keep any customers.
