They also have a 6 month policy on filing your claim. It is SO difficult to access their online banking that I did not notice in time. Never got my money back and was argued with about the fraudulent withdrawals.

Today I discovered this account had been closed because we had a zero balance in it for several days. I was told this is now a corporate policy. I am 73 years young and have NEVER had an account closed without prior written notice, which gives me an opportunity to address the problem and keep the account open. I am submitting written complaint to corporate office, but not looking for the policy to change:surely Im not the first person to complain about it.
