- JMJennifer MyrickNov 26, 20251.0HOW MANY WELLS BANKERS DOES IT TAKE TO HELP 1 CUSTOMER… Well I have been a wells customer for decades… but I’m pretty sure our relationship will end today due to not only poor customer service but a air of just rudeness from what I believed to be upper management. I spent over a hour to send a wire transfer with only one other customer there?? Crazy right but no it was crazy for me to ask a time frame. When I was chastised by explaining when they are done with this one lady. But, there are at least 7 people I’m looking at doing nothing chatting it up. I’m disappointed Wells Fargo Poway

There are other people in back but they aren't helping other customers despite the line and ridiculous wait. I'll be going to another branch next time.
