- TATegan AshleyJan 2, 20242.0Workers are nice. But it is absolutely ridiculous of how long the wait is. There are always tellers leaving at the most random times when there is a line out the door of people waiting! My last straw was when a man had a very large transaction who should have been helped by a merchant because he was the reason the line was being held up. It’s just ridiculous how long something so simple takes to get done. Management really needs to figure something out at this location on how to better situate this problem.
- TTtime2pullAug 9, 20191.0What a bummer this place is. Its not the employees they are sweet but Wells is just evil. They charge for checks...even counter checks. They fee you to death. I am not talking about over draft or bounce checks but just fees to access your own money. I guess they just hope you don't notice. If you are a customer take some advice and close your account. I get it if you are a lender or a credit card supplier everyone expects to pay to use someone elses money but not your own. Do not go there.
