    I was making a transaction at Costco had the money in my account tried 3 times to have the payment process and it wouldn't go through. I called customer service they got it cleared told me I had to wait 10-15 mins. I waited tried again and same thing transaction declined. Called again had to wait another 15 mins tried again and same thing declined. Called a third time got it cleared and now they are doing an update but it won't go through until after 2pm. Normally I wouldn't have gotten upset but I am 8 months pregnant my feet are throbbing and I had my two 1/2 y/o son with me who needed to take a nap. It shouldn't be a hard process to get my card unlocked and authorize a purchase 2 hours of waiting between waiting for the transaction to get cleared and then the update. I have multiple bad experiences with this credit union between never getting my card sent to me after there was fraud, the lack of branches being available, and small annoying transactions. Save your time and frustration and go to a different credit union or open up a bank account with one of the bigger banks.

    They treated me with kindness and respect and they were very considerate and patient with me always friendly and smiling. I recommend the credit union to anybody who wants to open an account with them

    The ATM machines really suck!! I usually come here to deposit money because it’s the closest one to home but every time I try to deposit money, I literally have to individually deposit one bill at a time because it won’t take a whole stack

    I get a mail offer to open an account. I get there an there are hidden fees and requirements to get the mail offer. None of this is on the mailer or fine print. Talk about false advertisement. Wasted my time 100%. Please advise the company and who ever sent these post cards out is misleading new customers
