Bankers / Tellers at this branch give you knowledge of process Vs Attitude of helping out Me and my husband wanted to drop cashiers check - and they give 15/20 mins of process lectures on why it can’t be deposited. Fast forward we went to Bernal branch of Wells Fargo and we were able to deposit the check in less than two minutes. Feedback - Either follow consistent processes and train staff (and bring them up to speed with other branch) to provide acceptable customer service.

Fast forward; i went to Gateway center branch on Bernal ---> They mentioned it takes no more than 3 to 5 business days. (I was ready both the times with my docs and preparedness.)
