She helped me with a complicated account transaction and she was efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. She explained everything to me (sometimes twice) and made sure I felt confident before I left. I'm very happy with the service I got!

The voice and tone speak volume to the service. She definitely left the impression that she was talking down on me and my husband. Very disappointed to be a returning customer.

Instead of saying they dont knoe the info, and looking into their info page or speak to their manager or senior banker, the team very confidently gives the wrong information for a run around to different branches. I spoke to this guy, forget his name, at 12.36, friday June 20th. And i have experienced this repeatedly. So please save yourself time n energy n call other branches. Check hopyard or the dublin hills branch instead.
