- ESEthan SmithOct 11, 20251.0I seriously can’t believe what I witnessed at this bank. One of the employees — no idea how he still has a job — called the cops on a kid who was just minding his own business outside. The poor kid wasn’t doing anything wrong, yet this guy acted like it was some huge crime. To make it worse, the cops ended up impounding the kid’s bike! Completely ridiculous and totally avoidable if the employee had just used a little common sense and empathy. Instead, he escalated everything for no reason at all.
- BVbob vanderOct 11, 20251.0I was in the middle of setting up a checking account when the manager I was talking to suddenly rushed out to shout at a group of kids eating at Chipotle. I don’t know exactly what happened, but from what I saw, the kids didn’t seem to be doing anything wrong. The whole situation was really uncalled for and unprofessional. I then proceeded to ask what the problem is and he proceeded to say "I'm just a up tight loser" which I found extremely and utterly disappointing I will be filling a report with corporate.
