    1 star is being nice !!!! Whole bank doesn't have the ability to close on a C/D account and write a cashiers check . Said come back in 15 minutes. Second time trying to close this account

    This branch is a disaster! The manger provided me with wrong information twice and never an apology came out of his mouth acting tough like he is above everyone else. They had 1 teller available and 7 people in line, lost my place because the manager told me wrong information. Got back in line and once it was about to be my turn, a woman who was Persian approached me asking why I was there, she couldn’t understand me nor her English was on a level to communicate well. When she finally understood that I was there to take some cash out, she provided with wrong information as well, which later by consulting the citi Mobil services got the right info. When the manger of the branch is so ignorant and full of themselves, their hires wouldn’t be any different and this was evident from my experience with this branch, Disappointed OF CITI OFFICIALS FOR LETTING THIS BRANCH RUN LIKE This.

    The customer service is hard to reach. Applied for a new card and they gave me a temporary card but It doesn’t work at all. Asked for a permanent card but more than 20 days I haven’t received it yet. Once it came to me, instead of giving the card, they actually sent me a checking books. Idk what to say again. Needs a lot of improvement and update on the systems.

    suspected personal banker good at swiping cards stay away from this bank and teller good at money laundering she worked at another branch in pleasant hill co conspirator works across the street at wells fargo she did a drive by at my home and work locations identity theft is involved
