- APArchit PatelSep 13, 20241.0The bank is in 1900s. The can’t open an account online, and you need an appointment before you walk in. No surprise that other major banks like Chase, BofA are beating them, they all open accounts online in minutes. There were two bankers when I walked in, one did not have completed training so he couldn’t open an account, he could just create a profile. I was told The other banker was fully booked for the day, I spent 15 minutes and noticed she was by herself, chatting around, while there were no other customers in the bank. She could have just quickly helped but she was apparently booked fully. Edit: The people in branch said online isn’t feasible as I need appointment to verify details in person for small business account.
