- JBJody BraninburgOct 16, 20251.0I recently had a cashier check stolen. I went into this branch to speak to a banker. I was not aware you needed to make an appointment to see a banker. Anyway i did tell them a cashiers check was stolen and i needed to get it taken care of. They told me no banker was available and did i want to make an appointment for the next day. What part of a stolen cashiers check did they not understand.? I wanted to get this taken care of so nobody could cash it and I'd be out the money or something. When i told them i needed to see someone they again told me nobody was available.They offered me no other solutions. They both just stood there looking at me. I admit i got a little loud with them but i felt like they didn't want to help me FINALLY the manager made some calls and found me another bank to go to which she should of done at as soon as she realized there was no banker available. Telling someone you cant help them when you have a stolen cashiers check out there is unacceptable. Its like having your house robbed then having to make an appointment with the cops to come out.

However , I will say that on multiple occasions I had quietly observed that this branch has unusually poor customer service. They treat customers like an annoyance or a nuisance. After a few rude experiences my wife actually refused to come here some time ago. I continue to stop by, but some of the entitled and condescending behavior of the staff has surprised me. I have in fact had quite positive interactions on a few occasions with staff as well. But the general customer service is far below most branches of Wells Fargo. Worth it to drive to another branch, such as Placerville Rd.
