- HHHeleneJul 1, 20255.0This is my favorite branch as the tellers are great and it's convienentand quick! I've know Carol for years and there is no problem she can't solve!! Customer service is great!
- SMSheena MarieJul 14, 20221.0This location has a staffing shortage and a high turnover on employees so if you handle any transactions the manager, Patty will tell you that because they do not work there anymore she cannot vouch for anything said. So keep copies of everything or nothing can get accomplished at this location. Patty the manager throws her ex employees under the bus and does not want to give much effort in making customers happy and it reflects on this locations reviews. I called every hour on the hour to try to reach this location and was not able to do so until after 2:30 because Patty said she was late for work. Never have I ever had an issue with any Wells Fargo before like this. It almost feels like you're in a Sci-Fi channel movie. I've only been to this location three times to deposit checks and I've experienced the same type of situation every time and the same type of service all centered around this one manager Patty every time so sometimes it's not always the employees but the terrible management or lack thereof.
- VPvictor pJun 27, 20221.0Bunch of jokers at this branch. They do have couple good employees. I think over all Wells Fargo is a joke. Chase and US Bank is better option. I am a business customer. I walked in and waiting for any banker to come and talk. Waited for 10 minutes. One of the banker (Asian Male) was chit chatting with female banker. He looked at me and ignored. Fudge that. I left and went across chase. Thank god I also have a account at Chase.
