- KMK MJan 3, 20201.0Complaint about in-person interaction with banker, Erika G. at the Pittsburg, CA branch on Railroad Ave yesterday, Thursday January 2nd around 10:00 am. I came to the branch yesterday morning as instructed by one of the phone representatives in the Claims Department to complete the process of closing my account and establishing a new one due to fraudulent activity. Erika seemed friendly initially asking how I was doing today but immediately after I explained that I wasn't feeling well (sick), the interaction went downhill. Erika G was very condescending and unwilling to help. She just batted her extended eye lashes repeatedly and offered no support stating that it would take 24 hours and up to 10 days for claims to resolve my issues. She even stated that if I went to another branch they couldn't help either. Well, I did just that and banker, Rapa at the Clayton Rd branch in Concord was very helpful.
