- YTyes tell the truthSep 26, 20251.0I had a meeting scheduled with DANIEL GARCIA at 3 PM, but he was on a personal call until 3:12 PM. He didn't acknowledge my presence with a gesture to indicate I should sit down or offer an apology once the call ended. I ended up taking a seat myself, only for him to inform me that he couldn't assist me with my inquiries. He didn't even ask why I was there or provide any guidance on how to address my situation, only suggesting that I "follow the steps on the app." If I intended to use the app, I wouldn't have booked an in-person appointment.
- RARegina JohnAnn Alexander-HeidelbergSep 22, 20255.0I give THIS BRANCH ONLY 5 stars out of 5 because although I closed my account with Wells Fargo (due to circumstances beyond their control and my own), because I had technical issues with my account that could not be resolved, I had no problems whatsoever with the customer service or the branch in itself. The atmosphere was always like being among family and friends . It was with a very heavy heart that I had to leave Wells Fargo. However, the staff at this branch was very supportive and understanding about my decision to close my account services as well as being left with the impression that I would be missed. I personally recommend giving the branch on Fitzgerald in Pinole, California a chance to provide excellent service at protecting the your assets and recommendations for improving your financial health. Good luck with your future endeavors in securing a successful financial future.

- ESEl SeeAug 30, 20251.0I was going to the atm and an employee coming in the parking lot at the same time cut me off. I threw my hand up in frustration. I go to the atm as she is parking. She approaches me asking if I got a problem and something to say. I said yeah- learn how to drive. She talks crap and walks towards the door and continues to talk about me to the customers waiting in line to get in since the bank was not open yet. They all turn to stare at me which only confirms she is talking about me to these customers. Wow. Great customer service. How incredibly rude. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and this is how the employees treat me.
