- MKmichael kanOct 10, 20251.0What an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. We have been attempting to perform a small transaction on an account we have at the bank. On our first attempt we are told we need to make an appointment. This amazes me as there is no one in the branch. There are three bankers plus a financial adviser at their desks in the main area. The financial adviser is the only one busy, the others have no clients, and one is even cajoling with what I assume was a friend over his cell phone. But, alas, we will play along. We schedule an appointment two days away. We show up for the appointment early, are greeted and told to wait. We wait, and we wait, and we wait!! My husband is now frustrated and we leave. No one came by and offered us a status on our appointment, and no one tried to stop us as we left the bank. Not surprising we haven’t even received a call to explain the situation, the delay, and the total lack of customer service. Apparently, only their time is worth money – your time is worth nothing. Just sit and wait for us!!! Clearly Wells Fargo has not changed and truly has a culture of disrespecting its members. FOR SHAME!!!
