Many employees were just standing around gossiping and not helping the customers the management did not want to help me open a new account and she also didn't have any customers she stated I needed to go online and make an appointment but she was just point-blank rude !!! I left and took all my money and went to chase and was very welcomed and they opened me an account right away the management at chase stated they get many customers coming from wells fargo due to bad customer service .
