    Yes, I'm sure it's technically allowed and in the fine print when I opened my accounts, but to me it's highly immoral to ignore a customer for year but then they start having a good amount of money in their account or a large deposit and suddenly they are calling to see 'how things are going and if I need some of their services they offer'..... Ummm... Uncomfortable and wrong to assume I'd be happy that not only was my account watched but then the need to call since now they seem there was money in my accounts and sell me stuff just doesn't seem too appealing and therefore, I will be searching out a new bank and leaving after years with Wells Fargo. This comes after several poor customer service experiences in person granted, they span over over many years. I minimally bank in person but when I do, it's been pretty 'meh' but now, good riddins you nosey money hungry jerks!

    The only reason for the 1 star is for the tellers at the window. They are always nice. Worst ATM machines at any bank I have ever been to. They are always broke. And this has been happening for years now and they're just getting worse. And for someone that just needs to put business checks in 3-4 times a week. It is a huge inconvenience and takes a lot more time. Go to another bank if you want working ATM machines.
