Anytime my brother or I have called with questions or concerns. she calls us back in a timely manner. She has gone above and beyond to assist us. Anytime I take my dad in To cash a check, withdraw money, etc. everyone there is always helpful and friendly. Mary will go out of her way to say hi. It’s that personal touch of genuine customer service that makes or breaks a bank. If you are in need of a bank with friendly employees who show genuine care and concern, you can’t go wrong here.
