  Not a review on the bank branch itself but if you aren't going to allow a transaction for a specific bank in your ATM why not say so at the beginning of the process. It is annoying to do thru the whole process just to be hit with a "Please contact your banking institution"

  Pics or it didn’t happen these are some of the biggest scammers in the world.. 1st I used them to buy my home and they took so long to close that I lost my job waiting on them seeing in 2017 I was a OTR trucker. Next seeing that I get paid weekly I decided to round up mortgage and divide by four to make it easy to pay .. guess who took 5 payments 1 month and 3 the next so they could add a late fee. You guessed it these guys. They basically told me they can’t count . I decided to refinance my home in order to start a business 1st it took them 4 ever then in only a year they went up on the interest rate about double . it goes up every other month I’m guessing cuz I am paying it off so fast they want a higher percentage to get as much as they can get off this deal…the last one I got was 8.75% if I’m not mistaken,but I added the ones I just found before I trash them. (I folded out my info )they’re not here to help they here to take I’ll never buy another home or do any more business with them After I pay back the 90k when it started @ 125k in only 5 years ..update it went up more it’s about 10% now

  Parking is a pain, but now I meter for quick runs into the branch. I found out that they do validate if you park in underground entering on Union. East West has a solid reputation about being thorough. This branch has low traffic and all the staff are very helpful.
