- PPPink PonceApr 30, 20241.0Horrible service . I had questions about cashing a check from this bank. The teller was very rude because I had multiple questions. I left the bank and walked back in after about 2 minutes. The teller that was assisting me was making personal calls at the desk with her cellphone in her hand at did not acknowledge me as well as the other teller. After 5 minutes or so I ask the other teller if anyone could assist us because I had more questions. The second teller was more helpful. I felt discriminated against.
