I recently combined my debts with a Citibank Check but the staff isisted I have to go to a AT&T Universal Card even though my last card was converted to a CITIBANK card. I ask temple city to put in an order for a replace-ment card but could not help me, they said I would have to call AT&T. I left realizing why I left City Bank 4 years ago...poor service and I an sorry to say prejudical staff...all Asians. i drawn on

TELLER NAME ANTHONY RAID WAS HELPING ME WHICH HE WAS PROFESSIONAL BUT WHEN HE CALLED THE BRANCH MANAGER SHE WAS RUDE , CARELESS , SUSPICIOUS, WITH FAKE SMILES ... SHE WAS TELLING ME THAT THE CHECK THAT I WAS TRYING TO DEPOSIT, IT MAY HAVE SOME FAKE SIGNATURE . ANYWAY AFTER VERIFIYING THE SIGNATURE THAT TOOK HER 20 MINUTES , I GOT PARKING TICKET BECAUSE OF HER . I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE . THAT OLD FART LADY I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT SHE WAS ROLLING HER EYES TO ME ... ANYWAY GET YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THIS BRANCH .
