  Horrible bank, terrible customer service, I had an account that I didn't use and it was closed, I went to the nearest bank branch where they told me you should contact the bank branch where you submitted the documents and they will easily reactivate it for you, I went to exactly this the branch where I was told that I needed to submit the documents all over again, in response, I said that in the branch before you they told me that this could be done without submitting Documents, like your branch has all copies of the documents, to which the bank employee agreed and said wait for the call I waited for a call for about three weeks, periodically calling the bank asking about the status of my account After finally they didn't call back. I had an appointment, where I came to sign some documents. After signing the documents, I came back twice to sign some additional documents. And a lot of time has passed, but this issue has not been resolved. And this is a regular debit account. It's scary to imagine contacting this bank for any of the loans.

  I'm surprised at the rating. I've been going there to deposit rent cheques over a year, and they've always been very nice. The first time they were very helpful with different options for setting up various types of accounts, before agreeing that it'd be easier to just bring a check every month. Since then the tellers have always been very nice and pleasant. Whenever I go there's never a line and it's a quick process.
