I have gone in a few different occasions to speak to the manager and each time, I was told that she was out to lunch, or not available. I have left my phone number each time and told she would call after lunch. This happened today again and no call back. Now I have to cancel all my plans tomorrow because I have to travel back to the branch . My whole family has been with citibank over 50 years. I am so disappointed in this branch.
