    I have been a customer at that location for little over 10 years and never have any issues with the tellers in person, however I wish they would answer the phone to answer my questions instead of having to go in person to get my question answered.

    Wasted my time. Went inside to meet with someone who suggested I leave and call Call Service 24 hour#. Once home called Customer Service and they told me the transaction had to be done while in the bank. Now it’s 4:30 and the bank is closing. Again, wasted my time!

    Horrible sevicio llegue a las 9 am y fuy atendido por una mujer que dijo que tenia una cita alas 9:30 am y que no nos podia atender pero que si gustabamos esperar alo que aveptamos pero luego regreso practimente a decir que no nos podia atenderque por que no teniamos cita pero que un companero tenia una cita ala 10 que si quisiera esperar alo que le dije que si que estabomos esperando y fue cuando su actitud cambio a grosera diciendo que si nos queriamos ir y hscer una cita otro dia cuando mientras estava esperando otra banquera que estaba trabajando de teller le abia dicho a un cliente que no lo podia ayudar en ese momento pero que siregresaba lo podia ayudar mas tarde Al pareser me encontre con alguien que no rsta dispuesta a ayudar
