This location has the longest lines & is always understaffed, even though it’s the closest one to me, I try to never come here & much rather driver extra 5 miles to another branch

- PBPrecious Fitzgerald BeYOct 31, 20251.0Banker Josue Pedro Morales #NMLS ID: 2662741 intentionally not only said my address and account number out loud but allowed a customer to walk over and interrupt my time to speak with him while he had my social security card, I’d card and student id out. The branch manager said my account number and address was public information. I acted like I wasn’t bothered and filed several complaints. This was the most negligence breach of professional duty of care I have ever seen. Josue literally wrote my account number on a card even after I asked him not to. I told him the account number was already on my customer copy documents. He smirked and still wrote it down and said it out loud. This is after I asked him not to say my address out loud.

I was told their facility isn’t capable of counting loose coins and was given unclear instructions that I had to roll the coins myself. I spent an hour doing it myself until the teller told me it was incorrect and I needed to start all over. The manager (Neldi) was brought over to “help” but spent her time talking over the teller and leaning over to whisper in the staffs ear while I continued to talk. Lousy staff, PATHETIC manger. Neldi needs to understand the common courtesy of not talking behind a members back - do better, no exceptions.
