- MSM.K. SafiSep 30, 20241.0Asked to exchange foreign currency. Teller frowns and goes “Oooh that might be a bit difficult. Let me check if it’s a currency we accept.” Then she begrudgingly said she’ll take my currency. Then she found a tiny fraction of an inch rip in a small bill and went “oooh we can’t accept that”. I asked the teller to give me all my bills back, went to another Wells Fargo branch and got everything taken care of with excellent service. No wonder this branch has such a low rating.

I have worked with Paul the past 3 years and I have always found him terrific! Paul is consistently very professional and resourceful and he always considers what's in my best interest and the best interest of my family. He is why I will continue to consider Wells Fargo my primary bank, and why I am loyal to Wells Fargo, even though I have accounts at other banks. Thank you, Paul, for all that you do!

After I complain they all take their time to process the first customer and make us wait with fake reason. Not good at all
