I've been a client for the past 10 years with tons of inflow and stopped using the account for 2 months and came back to see it closed without any prior notification. I'd like to see massive bank failures this year 2024

- HKHan Wen KamDec 17, 20191.0Hotel staff called to confirm they do currency exchange. I called again personally to confirm that I do not need to be an account holder. The lady said Yes. I confirmed I'm speaking with a person in this specific Wells Fargo branch. Again, the answer was Yes. I regret not asking for her name as reference. When I arrive later, I was told that I have to be an account holder. I spent $20 on Uber to get there only to be turned away. It is not the teller's fault as it is policy. HOWEVER, some education is needed for the employees who answers queries over the phone.
