Contact me directly for details. Referring to an incident on 1-3-2026. This bank, not this branch, owes me money from back in the day when they opened accounts without your knowledge and consent. Shady all around.

When I finally got up to the window the teller was very rude and unprofessional. She kept rolling her eyes and literally threw the envelope with money at me. I guess she was mad because she was the only one working idk, but I do know I will take my business somewhere else. I usually use this branch as my main branch, but I will not be returning. It was the Hispanic girl with the thick eyebrows and black hair. Train your employees to always be polite and teach them how to work under pressure. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS BRANCH.
