- SFShane FurgangDec 29, 20251.0I applied and after I submitted all of my documents, the lady I was speaking with, Eva, told me I was approved. Shortly after, I was told underwriting denied the loan based on income. I reported my income accurately during the application process, so this made no sense. Don't waste your time and put a BS inquiry on your credit. Approvals are a lie. Garbage business practices!
