- JSJason SnellAug 29, 20241.0Worst bank on earth ! Opened an account this morning . Came into this branch and made an initial cash deposit. Immediately after leaving I got locked out of my account. Called customer service and they said they couldn't unlock it I had to go back to the branch . I went back to the branch and they couldn't do it either . Called corporate and they said I had to close the account for "high probability of fraud" 😂. I have Wescom and make over $150K a year . This bank is a complete joke ! Do NOT bank here ! I'm 41 and I his has never happened to me with any financial institution

I've been with JPM chase for less than a year and already have been offered a CC and they gave me a loan for my car. Zion is trash they're banks suck and so do their stock.
