I make appointments for services, and they always are exceptional meeting my needs, including notarizing documents beyond those required by Wells Fargo. I see comments about lack of tellers, that is true of all banks throughout the pandemic, at least almost all of their locations have been open. Most recently I have been impressed with Alex, Senior Branch Premier Banker at this location. I have spent hours trying to accomplish similar things at other major banks. I retain the Wells account because of their Customer Service.

I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes here, and the people are always super nice. I've had Patricia Bravo as my teller from time to time and was surprised that she remembers me as if I am a regular. She is always so kind and helpful!
