- SRSal R6 days ago2.0There customer service needs to do a better job at acknowledging people who are waiting for a teller. Not even a 'hey someone will be with you shortly.' Nope! My issue with them was how they mishandled my payoff loan and notifying the DMV for lien holder release. It took them two weeks to notify DMV? Really? 🤦🏻♂️
