  Was positively surprised with my visit here, Joshua Garcia (he did not ask me to write this) was so kind and helpful, the branch had just been renovated so the offices are private and quiet. And I was happy to hear that Josh is taking initiative with a working group to make processes less cumbersome and more efficient, like music to my ears (since Wells Fargo is one of those too big to fail and has little incentive to make their processes more efficient). An example of a cumbersome process is going to a branch to do a wire transfer due to an online system flaw, and then walking out with an entire stack of printed papers, rather than a digital receipt. Nonetheless, Josh was so great and the experience pleasant, and it’s not their fault that corporate is not yet catching up to 2025, so I give it 5 stars.

  After speaking to multiple representatives on the phone and getting misinformation decided to go in to the branch and speak to someone there. I was greeted by Joshua the manager as soon as I walked in and let him know I had an issue he took ownership of our interaction and took care of the issue. He's definitely a great manager with experience!

  Got a scam call and was suspicious about “fraudulent charges”on my account. Told the scammer I was going into the local branch. When I went to this Wells Fargo off Country Club in PD, I spoke to a teller that seemed like she didn’t want to help me at all. In fact she told me that on her end that there were fraud notes put on my checking account and she couldn’t help me there, that I had to call like the 1800 number to resolve it. I asked if anyone was able to help me in person and her reply was to wait until tomorrow or make an appointment with a banker!!! This response was ludicrous because I thought I was dealing with fraud on my account! I called the number on the app and verified my account and come to find out there was no fraud and my suspicion was valid. I did get a scam call. I’m upset because I expect to be helped especially when I drop what I’m doing to go into a branch and I’m dealing with potential fraud!!! The lady I dealt with needs to be trained better to assist. If she asked a few more questions instead of trying to shew me away she could have saved me from the anxiety and stress of this potentially serious situation.

  This branch steals money from people! Don’t go in and exchange cash (larger bills) for smaller bills. The teller,Lizette, then charges your credit card a cash advance and pockets the difference. Brought to the managers attention and the manager gets defensive and says they did nothing wrong. We then call the Wells Fargo credit card customer service who states they intentionally charged a cash advance on the credit card. So the teller and branch essentially steal your money unless you are quick enough to catch this scam. No wonder Wells Fargo has been fined millions of dollars for deceptive practices many times over the years. Will be reporting this to the FTC.
