He had helped me threw out the way regarding my accounts. I feel safe and secure. I would recommend people to ask for him. He will get things done. In general it's a friendly environment.

The staff (with possible exception of Branch Manager) is affable and as helpful as they can be, but they do not possess the authority to help with the larger, from-the-top-down, usurious policies of WFB itself.
