    I travel all around the US for work but live in Texas. Everytime I come in to cash a check at this location while IN CALIFORNIA I always get the sa.e treatment. They have to "verify" with the person who wrote the check that this isn't fraud!! (My husband is the account owner) I'm a contractor for his company so we have our own seperate bank accounts. I refuse to bank with Wells Fargo because I feel harassed every single time I go cash a check. Last time I was there someone with a landscaping business came in to cash like 5 different checks with no issue. I'm there cashing my paycheck and I have to sit over 45 minutes while they "investigate" the account. Really? Supposedly they needed to call the account owner to make sure he wrote the check.. 45 min later they still haven't called him and I'm waiting for them to investigate their supposed FRAUD!! I guess you are not allowed to travel in the US you are only allowed to bank in your own state. Having a Texas DL is suspicious. Is Wells Fargo not a Bank all around the entire United States? You are only allowed to use the one where you hold a DL in? Horrible bank! And the branch manager Carlos Villicana still has the nerve to laugh that my name is not on the check holders account! Wth should my finances with my spouse matter to him? Cash the damn check you verified funds are there to cover the check 100000000 times it's value! Thanks to the wonderful service the husband gets from Wells Fargo and the way im aleays treated when cashing checks he is taking his entire savings/business and moving elsewhere. Wells Fargo doesn't deserve our business

    They need more tellers and to open a bank account for my mother I made appointments and they just had us waiting in the lobby for a shout very unprofessional of them and the clients was just chatting with them

    Have used Wells Fargo for over 30 years. Very satisfied. This branch open on Saturday and Sunday. Good service. Friendly, helpful tellers.
