- TTtanja tanjaJan 2, 20261.0Such a rip off that this bank charges $10. to cash a check for the person who has the account. Relative needed cash but unable to go directly to the bank due to illness. Wrote the check out, I went to cash it (mind you it was only $200. ) and after the check is signed, shown ID is when they tell you there is a $10. Charge due to me not having an account. So basically the bank is stealing their own customers money!!!!! Then the teller proceeds to tell me there is no way to reverse the charge. After this I am so thankful I do not bank here. And before anyone says to go to my own bank, I live 2 1/2 hours away and bank with my local credit union. Long rant fo $10. But it’s still $10.

This is why no one that I know has ever banked there. Surprised they are still open. 50 year old women with braces shouldn’t be working with customers.
