- AAA AAug 25, 20231.0Worst bank ever..DON’T GO HERE..as a long-time customer this bank rude and racist the tellers wouldn't Cash a small insurance check from gieco which is a reputable company and I have an account there..gave me no explanation,bad attitude and dirty looks which made absolutely no sense at all at 9am..I went to another bank and it was no problem at all...I did follow up with a formal complaint to corporate.please make sure you do the same people because This wells fargo is atrocious as a whole. Below Zero stars.

When I asked for help, older lady said “you can wait”, and I told her 3 people have walked out because the wait is too long. She was SO rude. We left too and went to Moraga. Close the bank down with this terrible staff!
