- HAHeather AndersonJul 17, 20251.0Opened big client account back in March because of a offer I was mailed. Came in in June to get some money from my account and ask where the bonus money was. Still have no answer and the employee who opened the account no longer works at this branch! I will be requesting a formal meeting with the branch manager and big client banker to resolve this. Im reporting them to the banking authorities for investigation! This is not my first run in with this bank. They are scandalous about forcing to open new accounts when they just have to change the name of the original account ( i.e. youth account to ways to save account) and charge you new fees! I've also had issues with trying to cash savings bonds, the Russian lady who works there was very rude and not very helpful, like she had never dealt with savings bonds before! I just want the BRANCH MANAGER OR THEIR BOSS TO CONTACT ME to fix the issues!
